Patients on regular repeat medication will be asked to speak to our clinical pharmacist to review their medication.
They can also be asked to speak to or see a doctor or nurse practitioner at least once a year to review these medications.
These reviews may include a blood test and other wellbeing checks such as blood pressure checks.
