Repeat medication can be ordered using the tear off slip attached to your most recent issue of medication. Please ensure that you clearly tick/mark the items that are required and put your request into the letterbox outside the surgery or in the box inside the surgery.

If you are requesting a medication that is not on your repeat list please complete the custom request box on your online page and send to the surgery. Alternatively, you can complete a medication request form which are available from reception and put it into the letterbox where it will then be processed.

Please allow at least three working days for all prescriptions to be processed. Please remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
